Contractor payouts are processed every Wednesday and include approved shifts worked from Monday through to Sunday of the previous week. Wofo works hard to ensure payments are processed accurately and efficiently so contractors can rely on consistent weekly pay cycles.
All Wofo shifts are geolocated and timestamped when contractors check in and check out at the facility through the app. This helps ensure accurate time tracking and faster approvals for payment processing.
If a check in or check out is missed, the shift may require manual verification with the facility, which can slow down the payout process. If you forget to check in or receive a reminder about a missing timestamp, please contact the Wofo team as soon as possible so we can assist.
Payment advices are typically sent every Monday around midday and outline the shifts included in the upcoming payment cycle. Contractors are encouraged to review these carefully and reply to the email as soon as possible if any corrections or changes are required.
Our team works across public holidays and weekends to help keep payroll and support processes moving smoothly, so payment advices will still be sent even during holiday periods.
