Chris has worked extensively across workforce operations, healthcare staffing systems, and technology-enabled service delivery. With a strong focus on operational execution, facility relationships, and healthcare staffing innovation, Chris has helped shape Wofo into one of New Zealand’s leading healthcare staffing platforms.

Chris has played a key role in developing Wofo’s technology and operational systems, helping the platform respond at scale when healthcare providers are under pressure and reliable temporary staffing support is needed quickly.

His approach is practical and delivery-focused: building systems that reduce operational pressure for healthcare providers while improving flexibility, responsiveness, and workforce coordination across the healthcare sector.

Working closely alongside Wofo’s accounting and advisory partners, Andrew helps ensure the business maintains strong operational controls, compliance standards, and financial discipline as the platform continues to grow.
